I e mail Norton, and they say they cannot help me because I need to go online and open up an official ticket.

I go on their website and I enter product info, and end up on a page with bunch on yellow boxes. You can search database etc. but I can no longer find place to send the e mail in.

It was always difficult to navigate their crapola website, but now I really cannot find a way to e mail for tech support.

I asked few other groups, no one so far can seem able to do figure this out.

They offer no way to e mail to ask about this, and to call them requires me to take a day off work. Thanks!

Is there a forum or discussion group for Norton? I can’t find it.

What is the problem you are having? This type of crap is why I no longer use Norton. For Utility apps it's TechTool Pro 4 and DiskWarrior for me. Bye bye Norton. NOrton has Messed up too much stuff on my computer to be worthy of it's once prominent spot as a Mac Utility.

You go on their website and it's a hall of smoke and mirrors, and honestly I can't find anywhere ,ANYWHERE, to e mail a human being.

Is there a forum? Anyone have luck?

What do you use for antivirus?

For OS X Antivirus? I actually Don't. If I do it will be Virus Barrier from Intego or Virux that is included with my .Mac subscription.

For Utilities software what I use is this.
For Optimization and disk repair I use both TTP4 and Disk Warrior.

For Virus I use Virex or I would use Virus Barrier.

Since TTP 4 has been release my system is now Norton Free.

Yes because the both do different things.

IMO I would get both.

BY THE WAY, GUESS WHAT!!!
I got a Norton guy on the phone, he showed me how to find the e mail button and said it is intentionally hidden to reduce the amount of e mail received.

then I go through the same dance with Norton. I ask a question. They give a curt, incomplete answer, so I re-ask, and they reply, "please see my previous reply...

so I am going to check out alternatives.
