I have a Canon S30 digital camera and my Dad has an S45. I use Image Capture to grab the pictures from my camera and have set it to delete them off of the memory card automatically.

Yesterday, I plugged in Dad's S45 and Image Capture fired right up and began downloading the images off of his memory card. My fear was that it would delete them afteer download but lo and behold, after the download was complete, I checked the S45 and the pictures were still there!

This morning I downloaded pictures off of my S30 and IC deleted them like it was supposed to!
