How can I record from the line-input on my G5?

I'm looking for some software (maybe it's already on my G5) that will allow me to record some audio from the line-in on the back of my G5.

Specifically, I have a reel to reel tape recorder/player that I want to play into the line-input and convert to a digital format.

What do people use on a Mac to record sound?

I'm new to Macs to any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.

By the way, I have Final Cut Express, and I heard something about Final Cut having sound capabilities. Can I use this?

I use this free program called Audio Recorder:

It works better than any of the free recording apps that I've tried.

I've had good success with the free WireTap from Ambrosia. Also with Peak LE, but that is a hundred dollar program.
