I recently bought VGS and i keep getting Type 1 and fatal error messages when trying to run. I have a 300 MHz Yosemite with 64Mb of RAM and OS 8.5.1. Any thoughts. I tried turning Virtual Memory off and tried turning off various extensions to no avail.

VGS will issue a Type 1 error if you too quickly try to select the menu after hitting the Escape key. Wait a second, and then select the menu you want to view. Remember, this is emulation! You might also want to improve the memory allocation to it in the Finder Get Info window for it, and turn off Virtual Memory from the Memory control panel. Using RAM Doubler can also pose a problem.
