A few months ago I bought a 512 chip for my 500 ibook.
If I buy a G4 powerbook 867 can i use that chip in it?
Also is it hard to install memory/take out memory.
I had the place I bought it from put it in because I bought something else and they did it for free.
I put memory in my old 1400 c... it seems easy enough.

If you are asking if it can go in a 12" model, no it can't. The 12" uses DDR memory.

cool. so how hard is that? I debating whether I shoudl just sell my ibook with 576 of ram... I still have a 256 chip that I can put back in there for a healthy... 320.... and save myself the 130 bucks...
