I need your expertise! I have a Pismo that has no LCD, basically a complete lower half and no top or keyboard, a long story of how it came to this. Anyhow, I am considering putting a little bit of money into it and making it work (with a powerlogix 900 MHZ cpu that I already have). The problem is this I really don't want to put more than $200.00 into this project and the Lombard LCDs are much cheaper on ebay it seems.

Is it possible to use a Lombard complete top portion, that is the case hinges, and LCD panel on a Pismo. I know that I will have to use a Pismo inverter board. Is the Pismo inverter board compatible to the Lombard LCD?

I am also aware that the Lombard top portion is not AirPort compatible, but that won't be a problem, as I don't need it for wireless access, I have another PowerBook for that.

Thanks for your help!
