For those of you that have the 15" model as I do, have you noticed that there is a difference in reception strength when using a B only network with your albook compared to a weaker signal when using g only(which I currently use). My Router is about 50 ft away and when I use B only I get a full 4 bars, however when I use G only it will fluctuate between 3 and 4 bars. Is G's reception not as sound as B's? Could there be something up with my airport card? Any suggestions and/or input is welcome.

I have a "b" router at home and an Airpot Extreme (g) at work. The one at home gets good reception, but the one at work I can be 4 feet away from it and only get 3 bars. It seems as though i can be farther away from the airport extreme than my router at home and still get a good signal.

I would doubt anything is wrong with your Airport card.
