Anyone had this problem?? Oh and How does apple care work, do i have to file vault protect my machine and then mail it to them? Do i have to backup all my data and stuff? Will they go through my personal documents?


Just wondering.... Also are they now able to perfectly fix the screen problems?

As they are allowed to replace the machine instead of repairing it, you really sjould back up all your stuff. Eliminating extremely confidential information (or encrypting) it is anyway a good idea in case your 'Book ever get's lost/stolen.
