In August I'll be roughing it for a week, possibly without electricity. I have my eye on one of these solar chargers from Thinkgeek, but would love to hear any recommendations etc.

Also I hear there are iphone cases that have a built in extra battery... anyone have one of those?

These are nice too. One short cable with micro USB, mini USB, and a dock connector.
