I gave you a chance to respect the rules of this forum, and you chose not too. I guess that means that you would like your membership to our little community revoked, and we'll be happy to oblige. -Think Insane

Depends. If you are only downloading things that would be free anyway like trial versions of programs, etc. then it's legal. If you are downloading music that you would have to pay for normally then it is illegal.

well then teach her your astounding reading skills and show her the link. She'll probably need it since they have been targeting limewire recently.

And, for the record, burning stuff that your friends own is the same as downloading in the eyes of the law.

So if i share a CD with a friend, because of its one time use, as in i download it onto my ipod and she uses it for her every day use...you try getting islantic mucis in the US in other words impossible... i think

thats just my opinion. apaertly i cant have that. and as good of a reader as i am as you aperntly seem to think there with my "astunding" reading skill im not so much of a good spell, so exuse my misspelled words. Did i ever say i download free songs? because i dont. my friends and i just share CDs. and again iyunes lets you burn CDs. right so if you bought CDs and then itunes lets you pretty much duplicate those then, right, then you give em to friends, so if apple thinks its horrble to do that then when would they have a burning option??????? just making a point, i know ya'll hat me right now, but thats my opinion.

iTunes, which is a piece of software developed by apple, is indeed free.

The data downloaded for $0.99 via the "music store" located within iTunes is in-fact music, not "itunes".

just so you know.

Hey kids,

There's a promotion you might want to know about. Buy a 32oz slurpee, get a free iTunes song.

99 cents : price of typical song on itms
1.39 : price of 32oz slurpee

My God! The savings! The summer refreshment!
