iPod 4G - Hold switch doesn't lock the other keys

Hi!

I've a problem with the hold switch. When I try to lock the keys, the lock icon appears for brief moments and then disappears. The keys really don't get locked.

Also if I turn off iPod and then turn hold switch to lock position, the iPod awakes and the keys don't get locked

Could someone help me please?

Just one more thing...

Reset and update for the last upgrade didn't solve the problem.
