I have a 4g ipod 20 gig
and powerbook g4 1.33

Everytime i hook up my ipod it says that I need to upgrade. But i have upgraded it. I listen to podcasts on my ipod so i figure the update took. So my problem is i want to get rid of the update prompt.

Also i lost all my music on my hard drive and want to retrive my music from my ipod. I just need suggestions on how or what to use to retrive music from my iPod. Also I'd like to do it on the cheap.
