After fully charging it, I use it for a while. When I turn it off I always hit the hold button so that it does not accidently get turned on. Then the next time I go to use it, I get the icon with the battery and exclamation point. It should still have at least half the battery life left but it never does. I can only get about 1/2 hour of play out of it total. Should I try and return this thing. Also my menu button is sticking and does not always respond. I have only had it since January and it has had problems most of the time.

If you got the warrenty I suggest you take it back to the store and tell them your troubles. Mabey you'll be able to get a new one. If you don't have the warrenty, i would contactt apple and ask them if theres anything they can do, because they come with a 1 year warrenty anyway (in canada they do anyway...) Good luck!
