If anyone can help I would appreciate it. I have an emac and the shuffle isn't recognized, but it works on other computers. I have all the correct software. Anyone?
Location: Illinois might be cold and flat, but at least it's ugly.

Try using the ports on your keyboard or using the "iPod Shuffle Dock" as this may fix your problem with the eMac. It is suggested that you use 'low power' USB ports for your Shuffle. Get a wall charger to charge the unit also if you can. Finally, if the Dock for the Shuffle is too expensive, then get a port extender from Radio Shack for $5.00 and this may fix your problem.
