iTunes 5 finally has folders to organize your playlists, but I do not see an iPod update out yet. Do the nested playlists work on the iPods yet? Can anyone confirm or deny this? On a 3rd Gen in particular?

I just synchronized my 3rd Gen 20 GB. The nested playlists does not carry over. So far, there were no problems with synchronization.

That's what I suspected. How incredibly lame. If the iPods don't support it, who cares about nested playlists?

I hope they put out an iPod update in the next day or so to fix it and I hope they include ALL iPods in the update.
