iPod Photo Audio Output Level (Replacement Thread)

This is a replacement of a thread the database seems to have eaten-sorry about that.

I'd like to know what audio level the iPod Photo (60G) puts out through the headphone jack. I'm hooking mine up so I can listen through my car stereo, and the level I'm getting is pretty darn low-I have to crank the stereo's volume pretty high to listen-though the sound quality is really good.
