Hi, Thanks for clicking this thread. I have a question about the controls on the ipod nano...

I have a white 4gb one, and for some reason, when i hold down the "fast forward ... or forward" it doesnt start searching. by searching, i mean slowly skipping 10 seconds (or so) at a time.

I remember holding down the forward button on my 3g ipod and it would slowly seek forward. when i do this on my nano, it does nothing. when i release the fast forward button after a few seconds, it just jumps to the next song.

is this because the original sticker is still on, and is interfering? (i've lifted the sticker up off the clickwheel before, and the problem is the same), or is this an ipod setting somewhere? or does the nano just not have this feature?

Thanks in advance...
