	I did do a search on this but was unable to find any info. Has anyone actually done this? On the FAQ's I read that they will replace the engravings on the ipod but none of the songs or files will be replaced....This is giving me the idea that they are getting new ones. But if I send my 3rd Gen in for a battery issue (I use it for an hour coming home from work a day and I have to charge it every second day), will they send me a 3gen? I am totally fine with whatever, but what do they give you in return?
