This might a tough one for anyone to answer before actually using a new iPod, but what with the bigger screen, will iTunes automatically resize photos *already* in your library that have been synced to a previous generation iPod photo?

It would be a drag to have all photos show a black border or something if they can’t fill the screen. Any thoughts on this?

It should optimize the photos to fit the screen since it's just pulling a cache of the iPhoto library.
