I doubt it will be worth a lot, but it sure is the coolest ipod made, IMO.

Will be worth squat. Keep it. Or give it away as a gift.

Both these people are wrong. I've eBayed 2 minis since the release of the nano and both of them I recouped about 70% of the price I paid for them almost a year ago. One of them even had a broken scroll wheel and sold for $125!

I have an iPod photo 20GB and a nano. I'm thinking about getting the video ipod and will be relegating my ipod Photo to the living room with an AirClick remote control and an iPod dock. This will act as a cool jukebox for the living room while I use the nano and video ipod as my "carry-around" iPod.

I also have an iPod 5GB (1st generation) also used as a mini jukebox in my bedroom.

Maybe connect your mini to the stereo as a mini-jukebox with a dock like the Apple iPod dock or inMotion. Get an iPod remote control to complet the equation.

I returned my iPod mini due to it's random death in August (via City Advantage Plan by Circuit City) and I picked up a 20GB color display iPod when I purchased a new one. At this point, I could easily afford both a 4GB Nano and a 30GB iPod and still have plenty left to spare... but I don't know what I'd do with 3 iPods! The more pictures I see of the new iPod, the more I want it. Perhaps I could give my 20GB away as a gift or sell it on craigslist or ebay (like everyone else is doing..). Oh well. Hopefully my 2 year extended warranty will sweeten the deal.
