So,
My friend bought an iPod 20GB Click Wheel in May but hadn't used it because he had purchased a shuffle. In September I bought it off of him brand new (not even out of the box) and when charged completely the battery only lasts 4 hours maximum. I don't think there is any way the battery is already dead. I have a mini and it lasts longer and has been used a lot more. My question is, will apple replace it? I'm still under the year warranty but I've heard that apple won't cover batteries anymore. I'm hoping there will be an exception because the ipod has only really been used for two months maximum. Any help would be really appreciated.

If it's under warranty they will fix it.
