hi guys ...
i'm not sure what happened to my iPod ... but since it "dead" last time and "revived" by self-reformat many problems occured ... but it disappeared when i brought to an Apple Center ...
so here goes :
1. once i saw the "dead iPod" icon on my iPod and i thought i can get it to claim the warranty, but suddenly, it starts well again and everything in my iPod is gone ... just like ... reformatted ...
2. then i tried restore it on my Macs ... and put songs in it .. but i tried on both my PowerMac and iBook, the 1000++ songs just stopped half-way, and the "Do not disconnect you iPod" don't blink anymore, it just stays like that ...
3. i brought to Apple Center and everything works fine, anything i copied to iPod goes smooth and no "hang" occured ...
4. then i brought home and tried putting in my songs (iPod is Mac-formatted) from my PC laptop ... songs consist of MP3, Apple Lossless (M4A) and AIFF ... but only MP3 plays on my iPod ...
5. those other formats do play when i connect it to the computer ...
so, my question is ... can i get my iPod for warranty? if not ... what else can i do except living with an iPod that can play MP3 ONLY ... -_-"
