Hi,

My new 5G 30GB Black iPod came today and I was syncing up my songs and photos but for some reason when I go into iTunes, the options under Video has "Do Not Update Videos" checked but won't let me select any option. The options for the other tabs are fine except for Video. Anybody else encounter this problem? I've been trying to figure out what's wrong and I downloaded the latest iTunes and iPod Updater just in case (even though it's still at v1.0).

Yes, I had that as well. I believe I had to change the music options from automatic syncing to one of the other options to get the video options to show up right. I think you can change it back to automatic once the video options show up, though. Sounds like a bug to me.

Thanks, for some reason, when I put update for the audio to "automatically update", I get the video options, and when I change it back to manual i lose the video options again. Pretty big bug because I thought there was something wrong with my iPod.

It seems that some of my movies sync and others do not. All settings are the same and all episodes per se were download and created in the same manner... Any suggestions???
