You're supposed to keep the one they sent you. Enjoy it.

As a side note, if English is not your first language I can understand the difficulty in reading your post. You might want to try a little harder to make yourself understood. Dropping the wacky abbreviations would be a great first step.

If, on the other hand, English IS your first language, you SERIOUSLY need to learn how to express yourself in clear, concise sentences, using full words, correct punctuation and capitalization. Trust me, if you don’t follow these simple guidelines, you’ll find people will not be so quick to help out.

No offense meant. Okay?

To dislike Sinatra is a sign of highly questionable taste. To dislike the Beatles is a serious character flaw.

Dude, chill -- this is the Internet. The very first line of your reply would have sufficed.

I would just avoid all the hassles of third party repair. They are often costly, lie about the return shipping, and can not fix the problem.

I would suggest using a do it yourself ipod repair guide to disassembly your ipod and then use ebay to search for the cheapest replacement parts.

Enjoy.
Ben.

As long as your iPod is covered by warrantee I suggest leaving repairs to the experts.

I'm with crooner, I get annoyed by it too. Internet or no internet - learn how to spell.
