How do I get pictures ontp my video ipod?

you can sync your ipod with your iphoto library or your picture folder. Check your settings when your ipod is connected to your mac

how do i sync my ipod, do i do it through itunes? I have a pc, does that change anything?

lol yeah sync it through itunes and when it connected to your pc go to the ipod preferences and set it up to sync with your my pictures folder. Btw get a mac lol
