You can obviously transfer songs TO your ipod, but can you transfer them BACK to your computer?

I had a large folder of music I transferred to my ipod. However that folder on my computer got deleted somehow (long story). I want to transfer the music from my ipod BACK to my computer so that I can archive it and burn it.

But I can't seem to figure out how to transfer it back?

The iPod stores music in an invisible folder. There are a plethora of freeware and shareware utilities that allow you to exact the files. Search macupdate.com or versiontracker.com and you will find them.

Oh, and build it and they will come. . .
