Hello,

I am connecting a iPod mini to a IBM thinkpad T41 using Windows Xp with iTunes. When I attempt to update songs on my iPod I get a quick flash of red and text that he iPod is updating. However, after 1 second the red text goes off and the iPod does not update. Please help.

Do you have the latest software on your mini? Go here for the latest. If that doesn't work have you tried reinstalling iTunes or using iPod Updater to format your iPod?
