I'm in need of some good sound recording ability fairly soon (within 2 weeks). I'd really like to use my iPod with video (5G), but I can't find any microphones available yet. How hard is it to make one of these? Has anyone seen somebody offering a microphone?

I contacted Belkin and they told me they'd be on the market very early next year.

No idea about other manufacturers - I haven't seen anything yet.
