I've got a simple problem. I'm in the process of importing my South Park DVD's through HandBrake, but HandBrake just *stops* at 100%. I don't get the, "Ok, it's done" message. If I Pause/Cancel at 100% and check the file on my computer, QT doesn't recognize the file (which means I've just lost 3 hours of computer time dedicated to importing). Can anyone please help me out? Am I doing something wrong?

How long have you waited? Sometimes you just need to wait a while after it hits 100%. Sometimes if you click pause and then resume and then force quit handbrake, the resulting file will be usable. You might also check out the handbrake forums. Apparently this is a fairly common problem, although it only seems to happen with some DVDs.

I took a look at their forums too and yes, it's very common I see. How do i import it into iTunes? I've heard that it works after you import it sometimes too. When I select Import from the iTunes Library and Movie Library, the movie is grayed out.

I don't know about that. Personally I don't see how importing it into iTunes would work if the file isn't recognized by quicktime.
