sorry, but i have a quick question. My ipod mini is about 11 months old, and it has always worked fine until about a week ago. Every time i unplug it from the charger, and start to listen to it. i click on a song, and it just freezes. None of the buttons will do anything. It is doing it right now too, it has been stuck on the screen for about thirty minutes. And it is almost fully charged. Any suggestions.

Take it in to an apple store if you are near one. They will most likely replace it without too much of a fight. If you are far from an apple store, give them a call instead.
