my ipod will download music from realplayer but the songs suddenly stop playing before the song finishes and then it goes back to the main menu. i have tried reformatting music so that everything is in the same format. i have moved some of my music to itunes and i will see if that works

First off, why use RealPlayer when iTunes is built to work with your iPod? As long as iTunes knows where the music is, it will load it into the iPod properly and it will work.

And please try to be a little more enlightening when you write the subject of a post. "Help" is just about useless, and most users just skip such threads. Something like "My iPod and RealPlayer Problems" would be much more useful.
