I just bought a video off itunes and a screen saying something like "some of the song in the itunes library were not copied to your ipod because you are unauthorized to play them on this computer"

does anyone know how to solve this.

Try playing the video in your iTunes library first; you'll probably be asked to authorize it. If so, you should be able to put the video on the iPod after that.

Also: please don't bump threads 15 minutes after you've posted them. There's never a guarantee you'll get an answer that quickly on a web forum.

Hi, I have converted my files into mp4 and they play on Quicktime and in the Itunes windows however they do not play when I sync with my 30gb ipod video. Only one out of 6 videos has worked. Any thoughts?
