ive got a 3rd generation ipod thats completly bust and wont turn on and i cant even reset it. my friend seems to think he nows a way he can get the ipod video somhow with the use of my broken ipod. i dont think this could work in a million years. is there anyway it could?

it's alot of work to do that. you'll need to install linux on your iPod. I'm not sure about video 'cuz the 3G iPods are black and white screens.

Goggle the net for ipod linux and you'll get results that way.
