Please try and be a little more clear in your question. If you want to transfer music from one iPod to another then the best way to do so is simply by plugging the second iPod into the computer containing the relevant iTunes library.
If that's not an option then you need to transfer the music from the iPod onto your computer (there are a number of tools available for that, do a google search) then synch your second iPod to the library you've just created.
