Looking for an Ipod to Computer Program

So I am decently familiar with the options as far as different programs available that allow Ipod transfer back to Mac/PC. I myself have an Ibook and I was wondering if anyone has a suggestion as far as which program is the best for this type of thing.

Personally, I recommend Senuti. I'm sure many other users will, too.
