Hello again, about a week ago I posted about having audio problems with the videora converter, and despite all the research I did, no one had an answer to the problem. I acidently stumbled upon the source of the problem. Divx encoded files went out of sync nearly every time, but video included with xvid have worked for me all the time. For anyone else who has had problems with this, hope this helps!

There could be something to this. I know that when I use Handbrake I have it set to encode using xvid. My iPod doesn't seem to suffer the sync problems people are reporting after updating to the new firmware.
