I finally solved the problem and i succesfully downloaded videos to my iPod ..but the problem now that when i downloaded my japanese Anime the sub didn't appear even when i selected it??

A little more info please. Where did the videos come from? DVDs?

yes they were converted from DVDs and i converted them via TVC(total video converter)

Well, I personally have never heard of that software. You might be better off contacting the makers of it or looking on the ilounge.com boards, since they deal more with Windows software.

thank you so much for helping it was comblicated for me but can you tell me what's the best video converter to iPod that converts all kind of DVDs even the ones with CSS??

I dont know if handbrake can do DVD's with CSS, but Use this as a guide to make ripping the DVD easier.

I tried Handbrake and yes, it has the option of putting the desired subtitle also in the movie. Although it's very tiny to read.
