I received an iPod shuffle as a gift from an awards presentation in December. I can't seem to make it play! I've downloaded iTunes, downloaded songs, uploaded the songs to the iPod, and charged the battery through the USB. After waiting for the light to turn green, I eject it properly according to the book. However, when I plug my earbuds in, I get nothing when I push play. I try to adjust the volume and still nothing. I've even tried other headphones and I don't even hear it buzzing with soft white noise to let me know it's on (like you would hear from a CD player back in the day. Restoring the iPod just wipes songs off but doesn't fix it. Any suggestions? I've read the book I don't know how many times and it's not helping with troubleshooting. Thanks! Trisha
