Hello everyone,

Since yesterday, I seem to be having a problem with my 4G iPod. I've been trying to update the iPod, with the update mostly including some updates to album names, and a few new podcasts, and I noticed that either right away or at some point during the update (which is about 240-some odd items) my iPod will completely freeze. My iPod and iTunes both freeze, actually. Is there someway I can reset my iPod or iTunes? Both of them have the latest software upgrade installed.
