My 16 Year old daughter has a 4G Nano about six months old. When turned on it shows no songs. In "About " it shows 0-Songs 0-Photos, Capacity 3.7 GB, Available 649 MB , Version 1.0
She had not loaded any new songs recently. It will not load any new songs. I tried reset with no change. Any ideas? Thanks

Try restoring it. (connect it to your computer, run the iPod Updater software and choose 'Restore'.) If that doesn't work, visit the Genius Bar or contact Apple support.
