Hi all

I've been using various computers at work and home to play my itunes music and I've hit my limit of 5 authorized computers. The problem? I don't have access to any of the old computers that I authorized.

I know it's possible, but can anyone tell me how I can de-authorize one or all of the computer my account is authorized on?

Cheers.

You can write Apple Support or iTunes support about this. They deauthorised some computers for me manually in the past (once because I had a logic board replacement on an old iBook and it was seen as a new computer by iTunes).

Source,

Check out this link: itms://phobos.apple.com/accountSummary and make sure that iTunes is open. It will bring you to your Account Summary page in iTunes. Towards the bottom of the page is the number of computers you have authorized. You can de-authorize them all if you'd like.

Hope that helps!

Just a word of warning. They only let you deauthorize all machines once a year.
