Ok so I've had the 20 gig Ipod w/ clicker wheel since December 2004. Two times ive had it to freeze up so i would just simply hold down the "select" and "menu" buttons to get outta those jams. Yesterday while leaving class my Ipod went absolutely wild. It would skip from song to song and wouldnt even play a single second of music. I tried doing the "select" and menu" thing and that wouldnt work. Once i finally got back to my home there was a little folder with an exclimation point showing on the screen. I went to the apple website and all it really said about that was that it had poor battery charge and i know that isnt true cause i charge mine every nite. After going to the support page and following every instruction possible i ended up resetting my ipod and having everything erased off of it. Now i have erased my itunes and reinstalled with no music and starting back over from square one. The itunes will not recognize my ipod and that folder with the exclamation point still shows up. WHAT SHOULD I DO!?!?!?!?!?!
