It's fairly new - 3 months old. It was low on battery and ran out of juice the last time I used it, two days ago. I put it on the charger, but the screen will not go on, the music is not on, and cannot be heard. What can I do to reset (menu & pause/play?) before taking it to the Pro's? Help! I'm so lost without it.
