Hard drive crashed how do I upload backup cd onto PC again

Help- how do I upload the backup CDs I produced back onto my PC - big exclamation marks next to the titles and therefore couldn't edit anyof them. Any ideas gratefully received.

Make sure that in the iTunes preferences "Copy items added to library into the iTunes music folder" is checked (on).

Then locate the CD with the backups in your file manager (Explorer on Windows, Finder on the Mac) and drag the songs into the iTunes window.

iTunes will copy them all to the iTunes music folder add them all to the library.
