I'm a regular MacNN reader with a new, anonymous account for today to protect the innocent and not so innocent. The file below landed in my inbox the other day - forwarded from a friend who works in P.R. She was told this was a rejected layout for a 2006 iPod spread. The story is legit, but she, like I, cannot entirely vouch for the authenticity of the image. We've all seen the bogus images and videos. Anyway, if Apple comes down with a cease and desist I suppose we'll know the answer. It looks pretty real to me (I have a hi-res image and it's pretty flawless) but, again, I'm not positive. What do you all think..?
