i maunually deleted all the songs off my ipod from the ipod without using itunes and now when i plug in my ipod to put the songs back on it itunes says its full how can i fix this? ive reinstalled itunes and the ipod several times from my computer

You tried restoring the iPod to the factory state using the iPod software updater?
