iPod video codecs

	Hey. I thought that videos for your ipod [mp4] must have the h264 codec? I bought some tv shows from itunes, it turns out instead of h264, they are in a drmi video codec. What is this codec???? Where does it come from? Why aren't itunes videos h264?
