itunes won't update video because of format even though its podcast

	i just got a macbook pro and I already authorized it to play the music that I bought through the music store. However, when I update my ipod, my itunes gets a popup window that says "iTunes cannot update some of your videos including "podcast name here" Please see help section about converting videos blah blah blah" This is strange since when i last synced with my old ibook, the same podcast worked fine. Now even though my new comp is authorized, the ipod doesn't have that podcast episode anymore. Any suggestions?
