I received an Ipod mini as a mothers gift and I have been able to use since because the computers I ahve access to are compatible with the Ipod.
Any suggestions as where to go and paid to upload my Ipod?
I already tried Apple no luck.

I don't exactly understand your question.
But if it's an iPod compatible computer you need, they're all iPod compatible (now).
Whatever your problem, surely the son/daughter that bought you the iPod could hook you up?

If you're wondering where you can buy music online, then if you use iTunes there's a Music Store button on the side of the program. That will take you to all the music you need. Easy to search, there's really no limit to what songs you can find on the iTunes music store.
As far your computer being iPod compatible, if you take the cable that came with your iPod and look on your computer there "should" be a place where the cable will fit. If there is, then all you need to do is install the software that came with the iPod and plug in your iPod. If there isn't, then you may be out luck.
As Ulrich already stated, I'm sure you son/daughter could help you figure it out
Good luck!

I am sorry! what I meant was that both my home computer and my work computer are not compatible to the ipod because they are all SERVICE PACK 3 and when I called Apple they said that I needed a SERVICE PACK 4.

Windows XP only goes up to Service Pack 2. Windows 2000, however, goes up to Service Pack 4.
There should be nothing to worry about though. As long you have legitimate copies of Windows installed on your computers then you can update to Service Pack 4 at no cost. If you open up your Start Menu there should be a link that says Windows Update. The icon for it will be the world with a Windows logo on top. If you can't find it in your Start menu then you can also head over to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and download the updates from there. It's very easy to use.
Let us know if you have any trouble
