I'm posting this for a friend of mine (trying to get her to join here herself).

She bought a subscription to a daily TV show in iTMS. She got the purchase recipt and emails saying there are new episodes available, but she can't find them. They don't show up in the "purchased" folder in iTunes nor in the video folder. I can't play videos so I don't know how to help her.

What to do?

Get her to try Advances > Check for Purchases... in iTunes.

See if that helps.

Thanks. Don't know why I didn't remember that myself, especially since I had a download jam the night before and I had done the same thing to get it to finish.
